In a perfect match with today's home-made trend, Lagrange introduces Pates Creativ'® a simple use device for home-made pasta.

Before starting your pasta, make sure the tab to the side of the machine is well pushed in to close the kneading bowl.
Then you add:
500g of wheat flour or semolina.
4 eggs ( you can use water instead of the eggs if you wish to dry and keep the pasta).
And a pinch of salt.
To obtain multicoloured pasta, add spinach or tomato puree.

And with the shaping disk you can obtain as many as 9 different types:
Spaghettini, spaghetti, spaghettoni,macaroni, penne,linguine,fettucine, tagliatelli and parpadelle.

Close the lid and press the start button.
After 3 minutes, you should obtain small dough balls the size of a pea.
If the dough is too wet, don't hesitate and add more flour.
If it is too dry, add a little water through the flap on the lid.
Once the dough is ready, pull the tab to open the kneading bowl flap to shape your pasta through the selected disk.
Then all you have to do is to cook your pasta according to taste and be as creative as you wish.
